Returns
For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same state in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with the original label attached. The packaging must be in perfect condition, protected and wrapped.
If you do not keep the black plastic bag with the logo, you must add one so that the box is not damaged. In case of being in poor condition, €4 will be charged.

Logistic information related to your return
- Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of €5 per refund
- Returns of orders from the rest of the EU have a cost of €10 per refund
- Returns of orders from outside the EU have a cost of €20 per refund
- Gift cards or changes from Spain have a cost of €5.
The quality department will determine if the OLIVIA MAREQUE products are in the same conditions in which they were sent.
The refund will be made once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and after checking its status. The amount of the order will be refunded without counting the initial shipping costs. The same method of payment used by the client will be used.
