If you have caused a stain on your bag, the most effective way to remove it is with a damp cloth or soap and water, gently dabbing it. Try not to store it with the chain resting directly on your skin, it could leave a mark.

Each model has up to 5 different chain variations. But if you want a chain that does not appear in the variants, you can buy it separately in the chain menu. We have models of 80-95 cm to carry them as a shoulder bag and 55-60 cm to carry them on the shoulder.
